Kate Norrie

Head of Human Resources

Kate joined Validus in 2019 and heads up the HR team. She is responsible globally for recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, employee relations and compensation, and employee benefits. Prior to this, Kate worked in hospitality, gaining a BA (Hons) Degree in Business and Hospitality Management and moved into Human Resources in 2012. She then worked in HR and Recruitment in the engineering and retail industries, achieving CIPD Associate level in Human Resources and Management, before moving into fintech in 2016.
